Junk mower and customer service very poor

Self propelled was junk from day one. Ate through the bearing in the first season and ruined the transmission shaft. Trying to get customer service to answer is a joke. Then when I put another ticket in because I couldn't get them to answer after 9 days, I got a very rude email from the "support" guy. When I asked for his supervisor he said he didn't have one and I asked if he owned the company. He threatened to close my case without fixing the junk mower. SO don't bother calling the number because the "support team" is most of the issue and you can't send it up the ladder. Still can't find ANY other contact so it makes me wonder who is responsible for customer service. Apparently, no one!

Have tried metric & regular, can not get any to fit!!! Why doesnt this work? Bought the spark you recommended & cant get to the plug!!!

Push starter broke 2 months after purchase and the cable for the self propelled just broke in less than a year. Piece of *** I'm 72 and bought the damn thing just to have those 2 things available to use. As I said it's a piece of *** and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this piece of crap to anyone

Duplo Pulsar

Good afternoon: The reason I am contacting you today is I purchased your Dual Cart/battery vape from a local smoke shop here in Orlando...and I LOVE IT...The problem is that is will not keep a charge longer than 15 minutes...I have charged it several times completely and it still wont keep a charge. I brought the product back to the smoke store, after the 3 attempts...and the owner refuses to refund or exchange the product. Lawn Mower Unreliability

Five month old lawnmower for a 500 square foot grassed area failed in the self-propelled function & at 85 years old i found it difficult to push. hence my front lawn remain half cut.

Broke parts

Junk lawnmower embarrassing saying it's made in America

Pulsar is an embarrassment to say its made in USA. I've had 2 and I'll never purchase another. Everything rapidly breaks down on it from the junk bolts, engine, pull string, push handle, grass shoot, I could go on forever but I've WASTED enough time with pulsar. Please don't buy ANYBODY! I wouldn't take one another one brand new if someone tried to give it to me...well yeah I would so I could throw it in my bonfire.

Ran well for 1 year, engine still good year 2. But unusable start year 2 because the wheels broke (cheap plastic, too thin) and the steel assembly bent so that the wheels (3 of 4) turned inward so it was impossible to push. will never buy this again. JUNK

Can't connect wifi

I cannot connect my thermion xq50 to my iPhone. I have no problem connecting my android but iPhone will not connect and this is the phone I want to use. Yes I have the latest and greatest Stream Vision 2 app for my iPhone. I have the latest and greatest software version on my iPhone. I have forgotten the Wi-Fi for the thermion multiple times and reconnected it. Im putting in the correct password and its still not connecting. Like I said I have absolutely no issues connecting it to an android phone. NEED HELP!!
